The item is made thin with a carbon sheet to fit under the door seal. Applicable with 3M double-sided adhesive supplied (clean the surface well before applying it); any silicone can be used but must be distributed. well so as not to leave any thickness.
Glossy finish with 1 coat of clearcoat, it is possible to apply additional coats for a more profound effect.
